This mod gives clear explanation of what each item does. It covers every item, trinket, pill, tarot card in the game (currently discovered, at least). NOTE: Any patch could break compatibility with this mod. I will try to keep this up-to-date, but if your game crashes after an update, consider removing the mod and retrying.
