Firefox downloaded file cannot change ownership

I am unable to save any file in Ubuntu. when i download any file from could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder. Probably the permissions or ownership of files and directories in your home

It cannot be changed, at least at this moment I found no way to change it.
